Some Radiator Thermostats not responding to geofencing Away

I have 8 rooms set up with Tado radiator stats.

When I click Geofencing away, 3 rooms do not respond.

Do I have to set up those room stats again?

    What do you mean by not responding? Are they showing as offline?

    No they are online but don't move to the away setting in the same way that the other stats do. Is there a geofencing option to check now or at set up.

    Have you set an away schedule for them? There’s a geofencing setting.

    Have you checked the Geofencing settings for the unresponsive SRT's
