Smart AC control v3, dry mode, IFTTT

This is probably a question better addressed to my air con manufacturer Daikin, but they didn’t know! I was thinking of using IFTTT and the smart AC control to manage humidity levels in my vacation rental during the winter when the house is typically empty. Eg when humidity >60% turn air con DRY mode on. I wondered if anyone had experience of a similar setup. Daikin can’t tell me to what humidity levels the aircon will work to but I guess that’s not that important.
