App not showing correct schedule on home page

Just wondering is anyone else tado not following schedule?

I have tado and all my radiator setup. However my schedule is set up to be on for 2 hour at 19c at 6 to 8am then drop to 17c until night.

It should be set to 19c at moment but all my room are saying current schedule is 15.7c

Has something changed with tado is it new feature to make my house cooler and ignore my schedule. Was same this morning had to up all room temp to get house warm.

    I’m guessing it’s either a conflicting Alexa/HomeKit schedule or someone in your house has Tado installed on their phone and the away schedule is kicking in when they leave the house.

    Just checked my partner tado app (non beta)

    It working as expected def my app that issue which making it hard to use my app to fine tune heating.

    How do you report this?

    Are you sure it’s not your partner leaving the house and the schedule getting set to away mode?

    Nah we all here.

    It was happening all day.

    I uninstall app and logged in and still happening.

    Closed app fully and opened it again and it was flashing going crazy.

    Force closed it again and it asked login again now it fine

    It's a new samsung 23s ultra so wondering if it having compatibility issues as layout was all messed up yesterday
