Latest TADO version - plus beta programs

I am currently using 1.16 - is this the latest alpha or are you all on 1.15? are there any recent new functions? FWIW my system seems to work very well at the moment with 3 TRVs and the other 5 set on 3/7 (occasionally moved to 4/7 when its REALLY cold)

@hipponax1973 If I am correct, tado° uses an external library for this, so fixing the problem may take some time...
