Honeywell T3 to Tado

i would like to replace my Honeywell T3 to Tado system. As i only can see 2 wire was connected to the T3. Only the N (COM) & L (NO) as the T3 is power by two AA 1.5v batteries!
what should i do? How could i wire??

    I have Tado wired t/stat and L from and L return to boiler are wired to relay in Tado. The Tado is battery powered so N not necessary
