How many smart thermostats do I need to buy?

Good afternoon,
I am planning to upgrade our heating system with new tado smart thermostats. At the moment we have in the house two thermostats, one in the living room and one upstairs. My questions is, do I need to buy two kits of tado wired thermostats or can I buy just one kit of tado thermostat plus a simple smart thermostat?

    Tado only makes one thermostat model. You’ll need two, plus a bridge. If you have a tank and want to control hot water with Tado you’ll need a wireless receiver.

    Thanks for the answer... I have a boiler that heats up water for heating and water for shower. Do I need to get 2 wireless thermostats in this case?

    Will the wireless thermostat control the temperature of the heating and the one of the water aswell??? Can they be set up differently than?

    @NDallaSanta it depends how they’re connected. I don’t want to over complicate things so probably on a dual zone system like yours you would carry on controlling the hot water temperature from the boiler.
