All devices are connected but heating still not coming on.

Hi all,

We have recently moved into a new house and it has Tado heating management system in the house. I have:

Registered with Tado.

Connected the Internet Bridge to the Broadband via the cable and powered it on.

All lights are solid on the internet bridge.

I have connected to:

Valves in 4 rooms upstairs.

The Smart Thermostat for downstairs. (which can display 'Hi' if I have it say 'Hi')

The Smart Thermostat connected to the boiler.

I have the system showing on my Tado App as all connected (although Internet Bridge is showing as 'pairing')

All systems are good and connected.

I've put new batteries in all the thermostatic valves.

The heating still isn't coming on.

Does anyone have any ideas what may be the issue?

    Welcome Kevin.

    You’ll need to give more info about your heating system: boiler, thermostat (wired/wireless), srv, pictures, etc, to get help from the user forum. If the internet bridge is shown as ‘pairing’ thats the first clue that something is awry.
