Water Heating 'pad' on app disappeared!

Just upgraded from an early Tado version that had failed after 6 years but the hot water pad on the app has disappeared. I have reloaded the app, no success, deleted and re-installed the app, no success.

I see that this link was posted in an earlier thread

but that produced a 404 error.

Has anyone solved this problem? Or is it indicative of me not wiring the Receiver unit correctly?

    There’s a link to the wireless receiver manual here. Look at section 6. It should be set for s/y plan. I think you’ll need a smart thermostat/wireless temp sensor in the system as well to get hot water control.

    @David43 I removed and re-installed my Tado system not that long ago (I was trying out a different company's smart thermostat) and I also ended up without Hot Water but a simple request to support via the Chat button had it back up and running within an hour.
