What set up do I need?

It's seems a few people has the same problem as me too much jargon. I need help selecting what kit I need chat service made 3 different responses. I don't want bridges everywhere just want to replace thermostats with smart ones to control dual zone downstairs heating and water upstairs heating only. Both thermostats are currently wired. It's 3yr old property so I'm sure the systems will work its knowing what to select.

The last chat suggested I connect into the boiler, but videos I've watch say it's wired into water tank controller unit. Please help me?!

    Options
    One wireless starter kit, wire the wireless receiver into one heating zone valve and the hot water, plus one smart thermostat wired to the other heating zone valve. As for not wanting bridges everywhere, you can only have one per account so I wouldn’t worry about it.
