Heaters dont on or off on app

I have tadi installed 6 months ago and everything working fine until last month. Since last month I can only turn off hesting from wireless receiver. Whatever the changes I do are showing up wireless temporature sensor but heaters are not actually changing the heat, not on or off. From app in rooms and devices all are green.
I have tried to change batteries in wireless temo sesnor no luck. I have tried to reset all devices but no luck.
In between my wifi connection has changed so I had to reconfigure all devices yet no joy still I cannot operate heaters from app.
