Have you set the room thermostat to be the measuring device?

Is it a room wall mounted thermostat or a radiator mounted thermostat ??
What temperature have you set on the room tile in the App ??
Is the stat set as the room measuring device ??
Is this the only stat that is having this issue ??
What other tado° devices do you have in your setup ??
How long have you had tado° installed in your house ??

I have the same issue. The wired thermostat is not switching the relay (the audible click). The stat correctly communicates with the hub and app, and knows the target temperature, but it is not actually switching the relay to control the boiler. In my case to turn the boiler off.
I see others reporting similar issues on this forum.
I have 3 wired thermostats, one is failed in this way, and it looks like a 2nd has the same issue.
So I highly suspect a firmware update from tado has broken something.

Yep mine was about a week ago as far as I can tell. I have underfloor heating so hard to pinpoint the exact time.
But on the 28th March I see a day where the heating came on and continued to rise all day even though the heating should have switched off. So that seems to be the timeframe. Wonder if a firmware update was pushed on the 27th/28th.

Someone mentioned firmware on another thread. The version mentioned was over a year old.
