Vaillant VRT30 wired thermostat

Hi all
I am replacing a VRT30 with a Tado wired thermostat.
The VRT30 is connected to a controller that will be set to constant for heating.
The VRT has the following cables that I am trying to understand so I can connect to the Tado.
