Away not working
Options
Rooms set to 5 degrees when away. All users are away. Room temp is set to 10 degrees. Total waste of energy. Miles away at work, don’t want the house heating to 10 degrees. What can i do?

If your house is heating to 10 degrees you must live somewhere close to the Arctic circle. Are you sure that’s not just the ambient temperature?0

I suspect pre-heat before arrival is active in your away settings. The system knows how long it takes to heat your home from a given temperature. If your travel time from work to home is less, then the system will start heating while you are at work. You can adjust in the settings how aggressive the pre-heat is.
