24/7 Customer Support


This isnt a technical suggestion:

tado needs a more engaging, 24/7 customer support. Monday to Friday for end user customer support is not good, especially for a service that is 100% cloud based.

When something goes wrong a user needs to know, do I need to call a heating engineer or is it a fault with tado & their systems. I certainly wouldnt like to call an engineer out to find out its an issue with tado and that has just cost me a callout fee.
