How do I change a user name on an existing tado set up in my home?

My husband passed away recently and he was the user for tado. He added me but I can’t update the app as I don’t know his passwird

    Do you have iPhone or Android? On an iPhone you update the app with the system password so you’d need to contact apple if you don’t know it, or set up your own account.

    If you mean update the settings in the app, you should be able to recover your husband’s password to his email address if you know that, otherwise you’ll need to contact Tado support.

    I’ve been trying to find out how I can contact tado support as I am named on the tado app and it works fine on my mobile but tried to update the app on my iPad and it’s asking for my husbands password which I’ve got but won’t work
