Just returned from holiday and during last week with system in AWAY mode (Frost protection) the Lounge rads came on per HOME mode schedule. Just one rogue room! Crazy! and expensive!

If I contacted tado, would their remote interrogation of my system identify the reason?

    Well it was all down to me!! Switched off Geofencing globally ages ago but forgot about the sub-menu within the room schedule where you can elect to override per room which I must have done for the Lounge - no idea why!! I have never been caught out before 'cos usually add turn off all rooms in addition to AWAY mode. Belt AND Braces is always best!

    It would be interesting to "hear" what tado says regarding this issue......they'll probably blame an internet outage or something like that.
