Not responding

All my devices seem to be working properly. However when I try to control it through the app I see the sensor change to my desired temperature, but my receiver doesn't change the boiler.
Eg I turned the heating off on my app, the sensor shower the heating was off, but my boiler was still heating my house.
I gave it 15min, but no change.
What could be the problem?
