Tado App stuck on orange start screen

Hi, since a couple of updates ago the app doesn’t open anymore. It gets stuck on the orange starting screen. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. It works the first time I reopen the app but then it get stuck again.

Not sure what to do. Help!!!

    Can you still control your system through the web app? If you can then it’s a problem with your system, if not then it’s a problem with your Tado account. Assuming the former, if you have iOS i find force closing the app and reopening it usually works.
