Help, no “switched live” on boiler

I don’t appear to have a switched live on my boiler which is quite old Worcester HPJB.19000.
Wire to boiler goes to thermostat in boiler, which appears to be removable, then onwards to boiler.
How can I overcome this to make the system work with Tado? The wiring diagram specifies switched live so not sure what to do next?
