Radiators staying on upstairs when heating is off on app
Hello,
Recently moved into a house with tado fitted. Connected the system up to the new Wi-Fi and ever since then the heating is on full blast unless we turn the radiators off on the manual valves.
Any ideas on what this could be?

Have you set a schedule in the app?0

Yeah set a schedule, but doesn’t seem to follow it0

Have you moved the bridge from where it was previously? Sounds like something isn’t communicating in that case.0

Can you provide details of the what tado equipment is installed. I think it'll help to understand your full install

I have the internet bridge, extension kit and the smart thermometer. I believe the internet bridge is in roughly the same location. Do I have to re-pair/ re-sync them all together due to being set up from a new Wi-Fi?0

No, you shouldn’t have to do that, though it might not do any harm. I still think it sounds like a lack of communication from the bridge.0
