My wireless receiver keeps going offline. I've manually restarted it a few times each day for last few days. I can't keep doing that. Any clues? I've faffed about repositioning the bridge. Every time I manually restart, it's ok for an hour or so and then offline again.

    It sounds like the bridge might need to be closer, unfortunately.

    It has been working for the past 4-5 weeks since fitting and just stopped connecting 4 days ago. The Wireless Receiver restarts and no connectivity. I've adjusted the bridge and added a wifi extender a couple of weeks ago, but now it's not working.

    In that case it might be a faulty unit. You can see if the system is set up correctly if you download the Tado pro app (aka Tado app for installers). I would also contact Tado support and see what they say.
