Can't use support live chat - Couldn't send

Ever since yesterday when I try to contact support, I choose "I have a technical question", and it immediately says "Couldn't send".

Same if I choose a different option.

Using Microsoft Edge on Android.

Seems to work if I use Chrome. Wonder what changed.
