Zone control/schedule without smart TRV

Hi! I'm looking at getting Tado - I have a 3 zone system. I For one of the zones I probably will just stick to dumb TRVs (we don't use the rooms much) so there will not be a smart TRV to tell the zone to turn on when required. Is it possible to set up a zone schedule in the app that just turns the zone on and off when required? Thanks!

    Yes, you would make that zone a single room on the app. You haven’t said whether you want Tado to control your hot water but you’ll need devices to control the three zone valves - either three smart thermostats or a wireless receiver and two smart thermostats. Then you can add Tado trvs as needed.
