No connection from smart radiator thermostat

Hi I have been trying for 3 days now to install the new Tado system onto our boiler. An electrician hand plumber have installed the kit and I’m trying to connect all the thermostats to the bridge. It’s not working. No pairing or EO or 3 lines as per instructions. We are stuck.
Help is non existent from online chat. No replies or unhelpful other than swing the standard stuff on line. Can anyone help?

    You might need to bring the trvs closer to the bridge to pair them then mount them afterwards.

    Johnny is right. Bring the Tado trv near the internet bridge (dongle) to pair them. Then mount the Tado trv on the rad valve.

    Can you try moving the bridge to a central position in the house? Higher is better and it should be upright if possible

    Thanks All. We have done all of the above advice. We have been through all the Tado helps and still nothing. We turned off the bridge and restarted. Took the batteries off the valves. Etc.
    Tado are so slow to respond and it’s taken a week so far. Any other advice would be welcomed. Thanks

    Some questions … how have you connected the bridge to your internet router? What model router/broadband? Is the dongle powered from the router usb or the power adapter? What lights are on the dongle?

    It’s possible that the dongle is faulty - reputable suppliers should allow you to you return the kit for replacement in a reasonable time window.
