No hot water or heating

Hi, I moved the extender up in a cupboard (didn't unwire anything) but now nothing is working, the app says everything is connected, it's a traditional heating system, I'm not sure if something else has broken and it's a coincidence or what, I've reset the bridge, extender and the thermostat, I'm not sure what else to do.

    I'm assuming that the "extender" and your boiler are in this cupboard.

    Try and switch OFF and ON both the "extender" and your boiler and see if that has any effect.

    What’s an extender? Do you mean the wireless receiver? My suspicion would be that by moving it you’ve dislodged a wire. Have you opened it up to check?

    I assumed that the "extender" was a tado extension kit.......
