tado° support comes in for a lot of flack on this forum but I want to add a note of praise. I recently had a difficulty where the CH relay in my wireless receiver was ignoring switch off commands, especially when going from Boost to Switch off All Rooms. The HW relay continued to work correctly.

I emailed dajana@tado-844a35e31252.intercom-mail.com (the query may be picked up by any of the team, not necessarily Dajana) and after a brief discussion one of the team re-loaded some settings which cured the problem.

I've always had good luck contacting the support team in this way.
