Hi. We have solar panels and a Solar Boost box next to the hot water tank as any excess power will heat the water.

We have the timer on the Tado for the water but it does not work. It does if you specifically switch the water on.

Any ideas?

    What is your tado controlling? HW heating via a gas boiler?

    If it works through manual control on the app then perhaps the schedule is corrupted. Try deleting the time blocks and re-creating the schedule

    It controls hot water and heat from an oil boiler. I will try what you say. Thank you
