Error in app for newly installed radiator thermostat

I have just installed 2 thermostats, one comes up with error on the app. It shows as connected with good battery in the app. I have restarted it 3 times by removing the battery.
On the thermostat display it shows a spanner, a home picture and a temperature reading. It is at firmware 66.4, the other one that I installed without issue is at firmware 95.1

What happens when you mount it on the trv base? The firmware should update itself automatically so i wouldn’t worry about it.0

that pic from the app is with it mounted on the trv base.

Try tightening the plastic mount on the base and restarting the trv head then remounting it.
