Need help to install Tado correctly

Hi, everyone.


I have moved to the new apartment, tried to understand how heating and hot water work, and replaced old controllers to tado.

I thought that I had one boiler and s plan.

I have replaced the controller to tado. And the heating is switched off, but I have hot water and can't control it)


So let's go step by step:

I have the boiler vitodens 100 B1HC with a builtin controller on the bottom

So what am I doing wrong? I want to control hot water and heating.
