Tado won’t stop the central heating after internet hub changed

Hi, my tado starter kit has worked without any issues in the last year until few days ago when I have changed the broadband package from virgin with the hub 5 and 1gig speed. After I reconnect the bridge to the new hub my central heating is always on. Only way to stop it is to remove the smart thermostat from the wall plug.
I have a wired connection with the boiler and the tado thermostat has replaced a honeywell wired thermostat.
Tado app works fine and it control well the smart thermostat been able to change temperature from my phone.
Internet bridge and thermostat are connected in the app.
Any ideas and advices are welcome as I don’t know what to do anymore. Thank you
