Why can’t Tado send you an email alert when a room goes offline

I couldn’t find any old threads on this one. Does anyone know why Tado can’t alert you when a room goes offline? It can tell you about batteries being low. It can would be really good to be alerted in the same way when a room goes offline?

    I'm paying for the subscription and I would have thought that would be the case. I haven't had that many issues with the system being offline, it would be nice to know.
