What tado set up do I need?

I’m having a renovation at the moment and want to upgrade to a smart thermostat set up

I will have four systems I need to control.

1. Underfloor heating downstairs (by-heat)
2. Radiators downstairs
3. Radiators upstairs
4. Hot water

The boiler is an ideal standard model with an unvented hot water tank (megaflow etc).

Will a wired thermostat downstairs and an additional thermostat upstairs do the job?
