New installation- no CH when asking for heat the receiver trips off.

I’ve just installed a tado system m. Changed my old Danfoss controller for the s new receiver, all looks ok however when you ask for heat the receiver trips off then resets . I assume it’s. Wiring issue but nothing obvious

    This could be a quick fix. Could you provide images or explain your set up.

    See attached pictures, The original controller was a danfoss TS715-SI. When I press for heat the unit switches off. The tado unit is heat and water, I am only using the heat.

    Did you get installation instructions from Tado? Otherwise might be worth redoing the wiring and making sure everything’s in the right place.

    Wires on both NC and NO looks odd. Not saying it’s wrong, just that the odd wiring is suspicious.
