Frost Protection

My TADO system has worked perfectly for a year but has suddenly started randomly putting individual thermostats to frost protection. Although I have schedules set up for all the rooms the restore schedule doesn’t work any longer and puts all the rooms back to frost protection mode.

it looks as though the control system is no longer working.

should I remove the app and reinstall it and then reset all the schedules?

any advice would be much appreciated

    Are you set to 'Away' in geofencing?

    thank you but the geofencing is deactivated .
