Firmware update stucked

Hello, I have 2 pieces of : Smart AC Control V3+.
1 device with firmware # 118.5 this is working.
Another device with firmware # 57.3 is still automatically updating the firmware- e.g: 1 hour but nothing happened. I am trying it whole week & still the same situation.

    I had the same issue. What helped was to put Tado AC control into factory reset and start the process from beginning.
