I've put the heating on maybe a couple hours total in October and my projected month cost is £3k 😂

September reckons I had a 12608% (no typo there) increase compared to last year 😂. It also calculated nearly £1k cost but my supplier totally disagreed.

So neither are anything close to true.

Comments

  • In fact I had a statement very recently and for my annual use they anticipate around £2.5k.

I've been monitoring Energie IQ and mine is nearly accurate now. It's not accurate because it doesn't calculate the hot water being heated (separate tank). How are you entering kWh figures. I'm entering mine as 0.0712.

My current unit rate is 6.924 (per kWh) on my latest bill. So I put 0.6924. That's what's I've always done (ever since Energy IQ was a thing).

If I do 0.0 I get a big red box around it and the save button is disabled.

This happend to me but it did eventually allow it. Entering 0.69 represents 69p rather than 6.9p. Try entering it again 0.0692 omitting the last digit (4) and select unit £/kWh.
