Viessmann Vitodens 050-W 30kW & Tado

I have an original Tado wired room thermostat which worked really well with my old boiler. I have a new Viessmann Vitodens 050-W 30kW and would like to connect this to my tado, rather than the wireless one fitted, as I like the functionality of the Tado app. Could anyone tell me if this can be done and if so how?

    Have you looked in the manual? That would be my starting point. There should be no issues with installing a switched relay connection, you will probably need to unwire your existing wireless receiver though. You may be able to install the Tado on a digital connection but I’m not sure if this is supported on all Viessmann models.
