Fitting thermostat to wall
Hi all, I had my wireless tado system installed professionally yesterday but they didn't screw the black thermostat to a wall.
Today I found a suitable wall and correct height and drilled 2 holes and inserted supplied plastic plugs and then screwed backplate to wall with the 2 screws supplied, I then have tried for over an hour to put the front control panel on, thermostat into top 2 lugs and then push down to engage the bottom, but no matter what I do the bottom does not stay in its slot it just pops straight out.
Any help rectifying would be much appreciated.
I no it comes with 2 sticky strips but I wanted it screwed to wall

Try removing the backplate from the wall and see if the thermostat fits. Maybe the wall surface is not flat.0
