What's the point of having smart trv's in same room as wireless thermostat?

I'm getting some tado smart trv's but despite reading various answers I still don't see the point in having them in the same room as the wireless thermostat.

Can somebody clear this up? Should I have smart trv's on both radiators in my living room where I already have the wireless thermostat?

    You don’t have to but it will mean if another area of your home requires a radiator to be on then the living room radiators will heat also, whether you want them to or not . .

    You will get best comfort and control with two TRVs on the two rads and one wireless thermostat as the measuring device. If you dont put a TRV on the second rad, it will heat up when any other room calls for heat. The wireless thermostat operates +/- 0.1 deg C, while the TRVs operate +/- 0.5 deg C. With the wireless stat as the measuring device, you can place it to avoid cold spots or hot spots in the room.
