Removing devices from Tado and Homekit

Yesterday I’ve noticed that one of the brand new STV doesn’t work how it supposed to, while turning it anti clockwise the sound and feeling were bit dodgy. Doesn’t matter. Because I bought set of 4 I had to return them all and take another 4.
And here the problems started. I removed them all from Tado but they didn’t disappeared from HomeKit app. I had to reset bridge and add all STVs once again but after pairing they didn’t show up in HomeKit. I had to add every single device twice to tado to make them visible for HK. Terrible experience.
