I want hot water to turn on automatically when heating is turned on

Please forgive me if this is already a well established method, but I am having trouble finding a solution.
Could anyone advise me as to whether it's possible to have the heating control automatically turn on the hot water. We have set up our programme to have both the hot water and heating working in sync, but with frost protection and minimum temperature, the hot water doesn't turn on if the heating is activated.
This means we are constantly checking our app to make sure the heating isn't running when there's no hot water.
We have a standard system boiler with a hot water tank as it central heating system.

Assuming you have a wireless receiver connected to a standard S-plan, with two valves and a HW cylinder thermostat, I suppose you could simply connect the both CH wire and HW wire to the CH NO connector and set the wireless receiver to 'combi'?

Surely you just need to enter a schedule for hot water on the app. which matches that for the heating . . .
