Boiler constantly ON

Guys , I have the following setup . Smart Thermo linked to an extension kit in the Hot Press which controls a valve to control hot water and call for heat , connected to Internet bridge .
On the installer app all show as connected and up to date , the problem is that the boiler (Ideal Logik 24 ) is constantly ON . I've disconnected everything and reinstalled it to no avail .
Even in AWAY mode the boiler stays on .
Any ideas ?

Have you checked your wiring? Is NO def wired to NO and not NC? It could also be a stuck valve.0

Haven’t check the wiring yet as this problem only started over the weekend. It’s been rubbing perfectly for a few years.0

I would suspect it’s a stuck valve in that case.1

I’ve completely disconnected the extension kit , the thermostat and the bridge. Yet the boiler is still on!!!0

Have you checked your heating/hot water valve?0

I have and it seems fine .
