Boiler switches from Constant on to Automatic then does not respond to Tado

I have a Worcester Bosch Greenstar HE 35 connected to wireless Tado. I set the boiler to ‘Constant on’. Everything works fine. However, for some reason the boiler switches itself from Constant on to Automatic, then it does not respond to the Tado until manually switched back to Constant on. Can anyone help/advise how to stop this happening. Thanks.

    I’m assuming this is some kind of timer or programmer you’re setting to constantly on? You might need to bridge it (take it out of circuit) if it won’t stay like that.

    Hi, yes it’s just the inbuilt display with buttons that’s part of the Worcester Bosch boiler. That makes sense, not sure how I would do that.
