Radiator thermostat connected but not working - three horizontal lines

In my lounge I have 2 radiators, each with a smart radiator thermostat. 1 works most of the time as it’s asked…. The other often appears to loose connection. App states it’s connected and batteries fine etc, but won’t blink display when asked to. Manually turn the unit and two horizontal lines flash up in pair order of top, middle and bottom. Can’t find this sequence display of symbols on any website to understand what it means. Any idea?
