Boiler in and out regardless of schedule and lights

Hi guys, got my tado wireless V3+ starter kit fitted yesterday and all was well for a few hours, boiler working fine, hot water too. However when it was meant to stop on our schedule, it kept turning back on intermittently with no lights on the receiver, off on app, off on wireless thermostat? But still calling for heat somewhere. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! We used to have a wired thermostat which didn't work consistently. Also when the schedule says on and its heating up it doesnt stay on until temp it alsp still intermittently starts and stops :anguished:

I have had my system set up for about a week and my boiler is on despite everything being off according to “home” on the app.0

What was your setup before getting the Tado system? I have a feeling its an old wire sending a request for heat when not needed

In both your cases I would start by giving your wiring a thorough check.0

Possibly an installation fault.....not wired correctly.
