Buderus Logamax GB142 + RC35 - circulator pump PERMANENTLY ON

I'm a tado user since the very beginning but I never succeeded to turn off the circulation pump of my boiler.

My installation:

  • Tado Thermostat wired
  • Buderus Logamax GB142 + RC35 controller (on boiler)
  • 8 thermostatic valves
  • Tado ambience thermostat in some rooms

If I override the circulation via the RC35 installed on the boiler via the Operating menu, it turns OFF for 30 sec and then the setting cames back with "Permanently ON".

If hot water is OFF (tado schedule) circulation is also OFF it will be great to have the two settings decoupled.

Any clue how to fix it? this could save few m3 of Gas per month.

    I succeded to permanently STOP the circulation pump forcing the "non installation" from the servicing menu of the RC35 controller (Menu + Info + Back).

    Seems that the pump is not active at all.
