Heating won’t turn off on v3

I bought and installed my v3 yesterday and it was working fine until I tried to turn it off before bed, I woke up this morning to a very hot house and all my efforts to turn off the heating haven’t been working? The only thing I can think that might have caused this was the fact that I moved my router and the internet bridge before bed but the connection still seems to be fine?

Why is the Tado telling the heating to run constantly? This happened with me on Monday night. It seems a defect to run the heating when there is no internet.
