Installing an updated bridge to existing tado kit

My previous bridge broke. I have bought a new one and connected it to the router as before, but it isn't working and the app says online. I have tried connecting to the thermostat and pressing wps on the router etc to connect, but no change. Help!

    Have you activated "pairing" on the bridge and other devices?

    Yes, I think you will need to re-pair all the devices with the new bridge

    WPS on the router has no effect on Tado as the devices do not use WiFi.
