how to control towel rails

Options

My rooms in my home are controlled by the Tado and I see cost savings.

However, my bathrooms are heated all day (24/7) and there are no Tado devices that fit bathroom-related radiator-based Tower Railings - hence any savings I have with Tado for the room radiators is eaten by my bathrooms.

How are people handling this major issue of cost depletion?

If your towel rails are linked to the central heating, surely they’re only heating when the heating comes on? You could presumably cut the flow of water to them manually if you’re worried about it but I can’t really see how they’re a ‘major issue of cost depletion’. If they’re electrically heated presumably you could just switch them off.

Most towel rails use standard pipe fittings and so TRVs can regulate them, but perhaps, as above, the ones described here are electric?
