Read/Write Operation Failed

I have multiple devices and a bridge, all working okay in the Tado app, but they are no longer visible in the iOS home app. On the Tado app, they are all eligible for firmware upgrade, but when I try to upgrade any of the TRV’s or thermostats or the Internet bridge, I get a 'read/right/operation failed' error

The Internet bridge is currently on firmware version 92.1 and the TRVs arr on firmware version 95.1.

    Those are the latest versions of the firmware. You can't upgrade to newer versions yourself, the devices either update themselves or you can request the support team to push firmware to a specific device if needs be . . .
